Alexander Innovation Zone S.A. , as the lead partner, will implement a Startup business acceleration program within the framework of the project “Promotion entrepreneurship by supporting promising innovative ideas through pre-incubating mechanisms” of the Interreg V-A Cooperation Program “Greece – Bulgaria 2014-2020,” which is co-financed by the European Union and national resources of the participating countries.

What is the target of the current program?

This program addressed to anyone who wants to develop or already has a business idea in an early stage of development. It is about a supporting program of innovative business teams, which assists the participants’ ideas to grow in a short period of time and discover a sustainable business model which will help them to evolve newbie businesses worldwide markets. CO-Woking program includes theoretical approach to entrepreneurship issues, business discovery workshops and consulting & guiding the participants, in order to support their business ideas.

The acceleration program within the Co-Working project will concern the organization of a Bootcamp which will be structured in the following 5 thematic sections:

Lean Startup Methodology Development
Development of Business Model Canvas Methodology
Development of Assumption Validation Methodology
Pitching Techniques and Approaches
Internal Evaluation Methodology

In the above context, 3 similar educational cycles of 20 participants will be implemented for each thematic unit, each of which will include theoretical training and practical training of the methodology. For the successful completion of the acceleration program, comprehensive participation in each thematic module is required. The acceleration program will take place with the physical presence of the participants in the area of the Alexander Innovation Zone, while if necessary, to ensure the protection of the beneficiaries, it will be possible to participate using digital media.

A total of 60 participants will be selected based on predetermined criteria from all interested parties who will apply to participate. Then, those selected will be sent an invitation and the detailed program.
