Toli Lerios is a serial entrepreneur who mentors an eclectic menagerie of startups worldwide. He was cofounder of Metanautix, a Silicon Valley big data analytics infrastructure startup that was acquired by Microsoft. He has worked at Facebook.
Toli has been granted 22 patents by the US Patent and Trademark Office. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and he has been awarded the Walter J. Gores Award for Excellence in Teaching and two Fairclough Prizes from Stanford’s Classics Department. Toli has given several invited lectures at universities, TEDx events, and other forums.

Panos is a software engineer turned founder turned VC. He is currently a Partner at Marathon VC and invests across sectors with DevTools being his favorite.
Before joining the VC world Panos was a founder at BugSense, a mobile app performance management solution that was one of the top 5 SDKs for mobile developers with an install base of over 400M devices and several Fortune 500 customers. BugSense was acquired by Splunk NASDAQ:SPLK in September 2013. Panos has invested in several startups and helped them shape their go-to-market strategies, recruit and raise follow on capital. When not working with startups he organizes developer communities and spends a lot time studying crypto projects.

Christine Lerios is a startup veteran with more than two decades of experience running operations and marketing efforts for small businesses in the technology, finance, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as a consultant, mentor, and occasional board member to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Christine's career began in product marketing with Trilogy Software. She further honed her skills as a consultant with VisionEdge Marketing before starting her own consultancy in 2000. She has served a wide range of clients, from launching the first residential eating disorder treatment
facility in Alabama, to wrangling developers in Silicon Valley, to coaching founders in Ukraine and Greece. Her affinity for working with small organizations and their limited means has led her to amass an evolving set of hands-on skills in operations, finance, and human resources. She is often overwhelmed but never bored!

Christine holds a dual bachelor's degree in Economics and Human Biology from Stanford University. She is also a trained yoga instructor. She calls Austin, Texas home but is more often found elsewhere visiting family and friends or indulging in her love of travel.

Nick is a Partner at Prime Ventures, a PanEuropean Venture Capital Fund. He invests €5-€25 million in fast growing European Companies. He currently serves on the Board of AImotive, Blueground, Bright Computing and Holidu. Prior to joining Prime Ventures he worked at the Randstad Innovation Fund, the Corporate Venture Capital fund of Randstad, investing in early stage companies active in shaping the world of work. He started his career as an investment analyst at Dutch Expansion Capital (DEC) a venture capital firm investing in high tech companies. Nick is a graduate of the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of University of Patras and holds an MSc in Finance and Investments (cum laude) from Rotterdam School of Management.

Dimitris Litsikakis holds a BSc in Information Technology from Piraeus University and a MSc in Project Management from Lancaster University. He worked at IBM UK as a Project Manager delivering large scale IT projects. He then joined Edenred Greece as Digital Transformation Manager where he led the entire digitalization of the company’s solution offering, issuing hundreds of thousands of prepaid cards to beneficiaries. In 2018 he was appointed Country Manager Greece, Cyprus & Malta for Revolut the fastest growing FinTech in Europe with a $1.7B valuation, delivering 400% client growth. He’s now spearheading the digital transformation of deVere Group, a financial consultancy with global presence with more than $10B assets under management, delivering cutting edge FinTech solutions. Since 2014, he also acts as Athens Chapter Director for Startup Grind, the largest independent startup community, actively educating, inspiring, and connecting entrepreneurs.

Alex is the General Director of Ingenno Design Berlin. He is very experienced in complex industrial design products and is equally well skilled at successfully meeting both creative and engineering challenges. He holds an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art and a Diplom in Industrial Design from the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig. Alex speaks english, german, greek, italian and spanish.
