The sixth edition of the «WMF STARTUP COMPETITION & CONFERENCE» of the entrepreneurship center of the Hellenic-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki in collaboration with the WeMakeFuture! Festival (Italy) and in co-organization with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki and Enterprise Greece and the support of Alexander Innovation Zone, is aimed at Greek startups and groups of innovative ideas interested in starting their own business.
We will select 10 startups which—before an audience of business leaders, representatives of investment firms, and business angels—will participate in the “Startup Competition & Conference 2026,” on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at the Helexpo International Exhibition Center (Aimilios Riadis Hall) in Thessaloniki.
The three winning startups selected through the competition will participate in the WeMakeFuture! Festival International Exhibition, to be held in Bologna, Italy, on June 10, 11, and 12, 2027, where they will have the opportunity to present their ideas in an international competition and to an international audience.
The online platform for submitting ideas will open on: Tuesday, September 28, 2026, and will close on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
(Submitted files must not exceed 10 MB.) All documents, pitches, and presentations must be in ENGLISH.
Our goal for this initiative is to ensure an official Greek presence at this major event in Bologna.
