Next stop for the “Productive Truancy“, an initiative implemented by Alexander Innovation Zone was Infoteam, a Thessaloniki based Software company that develops software for customers abroad, introduced on February 19, 2025, in front of students of the 2nd Technical High School (EPAL) Evosmou- Computer Science sector.

As part of the programme, the students visited the premises of Alexander Innovation Zone in the city centre, where Mrs. Lida Papatzika, executive officer of AIZ, through an interactive discussion, introduced to the students the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation highlighting the necessity of cultivating “soft skills”, not only for professional but also for personal success.

Right after, Dr. Alexis Papadimitriou, Managing Director of infoteam Hellas MIKE, took the floor, to present the company’s activity and the customized software development services Infoteam provides to its customers. Mr. Papadimitriou stressed the importance of specialization and the need for upskilling beyond the working framework, so that everyone can grow and expand its own goals. “It all depends on you and what you want,” he said, adding that confidence comes from knowledge.

The programme concluded with a site visit on Alexander’s Innovation Zone premises, where students had the opportunity to meet start uppers based at the co-working space.
