The Alexander Innovation Zone invites you to the Student Entrepreneurship Competition (Startup Bootcamp), which will take place on May 23–25, 2025, at WALK AUTh, the AUTh Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, located on the ground floor of the KEDEA building. The competition is organized by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) with the support of the Alexander Innovation Zone.
100 Years of AUTh – Countless Ideas. Bring yours to the Startup Bootcamp!!
This initiative is a joint effort between WALK AUTh and the Career Services Office of AUTh, with the support of the Alexander Innovation Zone, and is addressed to:
● Undergraduate and postgraduate students of AUTh who wish to transform their ideas into viable business proposals.
● All teams that have participated in the acceleration program of WALK AUTh.
During the 3-day event, participants will progress from idea generation to developing a business model. Teams will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges made up of entrepreneurs, investors, and academics.
The top business ideas will receive:
- One year of mentoring from the Alexander Innovation Zone and access to acceleration programs
- Six months of incubation and coaching from Ideas Forward
The event’s goals are to:
● Support early-stage business ideas
● Foster an entrepreneurial mindset through interactive workshops and seminars on topics such as Lean Startup Methodology, Business Model Canvas, and Pitching
● Provide mentoring by experienced entrepreneurs and innovation experts
● Familiarize participants with pitching and competitive presentation formats
